Hoodwink Games Return Policy

If you're spending your hard-earned money and time to order one of our products, we want to ensure it meets your satisfaction. That's why we have a clear policy for returns if you are ever disappointed with a purchase.

When to request a return.

Hoodwink Games is happy to accept and process returns or replacements for any products that fail to meet quality standards or do not match players' original orders. For example...

 

  • Products with missing pages

  • Clear production errors or damage

  • Receiving the incorrect product

  • Receiving the wrong size/format

When we can't accept a return.

We want to make every order right. But we're also a small business operating with very small profits. So if you receive your order and simply don't like the product, but the product is in perfect working order and matches your order specifications, we unfortunately cannot afford to process a return. 

 

That said, we still want to learn how to improve our range of games and merchandise! If you are ever unhappy with an order, still contact us with feedback on how we can improve future books, rulesets, and merchandise. We are gamers also and value your input.

How to contact us about a return.

If you need to contact us about a return or lend feedback about a product, you can use the contact form on our homepage. Please attach photos of any damage or discrepancy so we can forward the photos to our manufacturing partners and make it right. In most cases, we will be able to arrange for a free replacement but must have the photo evidence to submit.

Once we have your message and image(s), we will contact you within 7 business days about next steps and stay in communication until the issue is resolved! Products can typically be repalced in 2-3 weeks.
